This data is held/processed on the basis of contract & legitimate interests to help us care for the needs of your pets. These include things such as booster reminders, laboratory services, microchip schemes, contacting you regarding your animals care or in an emergency, and may involve third parties ie laboratories, insurance claim companies, referral specialists.

You have the right to request access to your personal data. This should be done in writing and you will have to produce some form of ID. we will provide this within one month of the request.
